Front leaf spring

So, anyone have a spare Scout II, front passenger-side leaf spring they'd be willing to part with for a reasonable price? I managed to snap the main leaf in that pack, and the Scout is now... Leaning.

I should have mentioned originally that this is a stock rig - no suspension modifications. So I'd need a stock height spring.

According to my inexact tape measurement, it's about 43.5" from eye to eye

Ah, that is a bummer! I think the rears are indeed much longer. Thanks for checking dan, I appreciate it!

If worse comes to worse I know I can have some made at a spring shop - I've heard good things about benz and oregon spring - but if I can get back on the road without shelling out that kind of money right after the holidays, that would be awesome. Especially since a new spring would probably require me to replace the others as well - they're all 37 years old and I'm sure they sag some compared to new.

So, anyone else local to the portland/salem area have a stock Scout 2 parts rig I can raid? I am certainly willing to pay some for the spring.

Ok, I just ordered a replacement main leaf from benz, 'cause I gotta get this dd back on the road. Thanks to everyone who took time to read and see if they could lend a hand. IHSTO is a great group of people!

Sorry I didn't see this earlier today. I have a set of used fronts I would have sold you pretty cheap.

New will be better for you if your keeping it stock anyway.

Thanks Mark - if this Scout wasn't my dd I could sit on needed repairs a little longer and maybe find some club gems! But once I realized I could have them fab just a main leaf I pulled the trigger. Hopefully re-using the rest of the pack will result in no noticeable lift as compared with the other 3 springs.
