Firewall insulating pads

I was looking at your firewall insulation pads and noticed it says it only goes up to 1978. What is the difference on the 79-80 models?

The wiring harness used different style plugs in 78-80 models so the cutouts in the firewall pad we offer do not match up.

Got it, so what should we use instead?

We either cut and adjust as needed or make a custom one using foil backed jute insulation. The roll of insulation comes in a 4'x6' piece and costs $43.50. I don't list it online so you would have to call to order if you're interested in buying a roll.
