Exhaust Manifold Lock Washers

Are the exhaust locking tab washers for 304-345 available? Part number should be 159 689 r1.
If not, do you have an idea what would replace them?

Sorry for the late reply. With a couple of us out due to the nationals we all got behind in some of your duties. Yes they are still available but are extremely pricey at $9.14 each. My supplier currently has nine in stock. If it is something you want us to order please give us a call at your convenience. It is nice to have the original locks but in the end a good grade 8 lock washer May be good enough for light use.

Regular round lock washers are probably ok, but ...
I found a 60's Ford locking tab washer that works, maybe even better. They cost $1-$2 (or more) depending on where you get them.

When I got quoted I asked the guy to describe the part as that price didn't sound right. He described the correct part. Thanks for posting up those Ford ones. They look like a great alternative.
