99% sure you have an ignition problem.
The test series I gave you tested the pilot jets, the primary main jets and fuel inlet valve. No black smoke and smooth running out of gear.
The carb you have is calibrated to be very clos out of the box and it proves that by being smooth out of gear.
The loaded only roughness is indicative of an ignition problem. Assuming the roughness is more random than rhythmic. Only the ignition system is influenced by increases in cylinder pressure.
Right now I am thinking coil or dizzy cap.
