engine Qustions

So I am trying to figure what engine I have in this Scout I have laying around. There are no numbers on the intake just the serial number and firing order. Its in a 72 Scout II 4 wheel drive. It is a v8. I pulled the valve covers and it says 432 and 089 right above the 432. There are no marking that is related to a 304, 345,392. Anyone have any thoughts?? Any input would be great.

There is a stamped number on the pass. Side toward the front just under the exhaust manifold. It looks like about 3/4" by 1 1/2" cast block on the side of the engine. The engine size is stamped in it.

Its a 345. When I machined my set of heads for my truck they had 345 stamped into them. Apparently not all are like that.
