I was torn up over it for months - sad for a while - and am just now getting over it. I think I am almost at peace with my decision.

Hopefully I will get another IH project in the future. But the current project just wasn't going to fit with a family of 4 and my work/home/family/friends time commitments....

Hmmmm, family of 4? Pretty sure you didn't let amber get a dog...

Sell project.
Get "regular" Scout in "good" shape for cheap.
Mild build like we all had at one time.
Get back to wheeling again.

My buggy is on semi-permanent hold, I tossed together another "race" truck and now have a wheeler again. Seriously thinking of a non-chopped, "drivable" wheeler again as well.... Kind of get back to the way it was.

Too bad the places we wheeled back then are gone....... And that stuff is too boring now :d

congrats on #2, about time

Chris and amber!! Congratulations! Wow, very excited about a baby girl!

Sorry to hear about the 1-ton fugly. But I know what you mean about young family, time, money, and projects. I have a Travelall I should get rid of.

What do you got for springs and shocks?

Come and get my parts!!!

The weekend after turkey day I will be cutting it all up!!

Frame is setup for 56" Chevy rear springs and 52" front springs... $150 and it is yours! If no one wants it I will be taking the sawzall to it and selling off the pieces....

Windshield frame with good glass, hood, dash pad, etc.... All must go!

I do have the winch bumper for sale - no winch though... $75. It is the beefy piece of steel in the picture above.

It will all be on craigslist asap at higher prices :d

It is getting cut up this weekend -- if you need/want anythign let me know now!

Call or email now if you need something...

That's as nice an epitaph as anyone could ask for.
