Emergency brake diagram help

I have a eb (emergency brake)diagram with the number mt-13864 (curtisee of mr. Mayban)on it and it looks different from the one in my service manual (1976 truck manual), but it matches the set up on my terra and the stuff that I have.

Can somebody tell me or post pictures of what item numbers 7, and 4 are and how do they fit on the eb cable in the diagram drawing I have?

Does anybody have a picture of how this looks under the Scout? Pictures are worth a thousand words.

The cable and spring has to pull aganist each other in order for it to work but I don't see where to hook it all up at. I see were to hook item #11 but how does 10,8,7,and 4 interact with each other in the linkage?

Here's apicture of what I'm talking about

Those appear to be the locking clips to prevent it slipping through a bulkhead that it needs to pass through, it also goes through the crossmember then a bracket and thats where it pulls against to engage the brake. I May be able to post some pics up later today.

You can see the clip under the green wire...
The others are just pics of the routing.

Steve, it looks from the pic that your item #11 is missing. Mine was at one point too, so I fabbed one out of some cold rolled steel. Sure helps with proper tensioning.

I saw that too, I'm pretty sure ive got it laying in a box of parts around here somewhere, ive got about 90 things going on at once with this truck...cant keep track of what ive taken off and what still needs to get put back on! I just hope ive tightend the lug nuts.....:icon_eh2:

Man 'ol man thats great folks! Thanks so much for the help and mostly pictures! I'm going through rear brakes, axle seals, and installing my new ebc that I got for Christmas. Next is the front brakes then throw alittle paint on her and call it good.

Follow-up
I went home last night and the part I was asking about is already ran correct so it's just hooking everything up and I should be good to park :)
thanks again everybody!
