EFI for 345 in California

Question:
are there any of the EFI products listed that are California CARB compliant? Was looking into buying a setup but I need to know if they will be CARB compliant for California.

We are not aware of any company that has a CARB compliant fuel injection kit for a 1976-80 Scout.
