early 345 harmonic balancer/dampner pully removal?'s

Trying to get this outer cast pully off.have been soaking it for a few hours with kroil oil.the opening is too small for my puller.can't get the crank bolt loose yet to remove the whole assembly. This is the balancer encased in rubber..see the pics,the outer pully is about 1/4 " smaller than the 1's behind it,this 1's for the power steering,on a early 70's s11, tia-Jeff

The outer pully registers on a machined boss. I'm sure it is rusted in place and will need some shock to loosen it. I would start with a few hard blows straight on the bolt circle with an aluminum block. Then start trying to drive the pully off via the belt groove with the aluminum block. Go right to left and top to bottom. It will come off but won't be easy.
 
Got it off,was siliconed on to boot ! I few bumps w/the ole 5' bar an it came off...Jeff
