My Scout has a manual steering geer box and not a power steering gear box . My question is will your pitman arms work with my steering gear box . My gear box is a trw out of a 74 Scout . I got rid of the power steering when I was in alaska as the cold kills powersteering hoses badly . Please tell me your pitman arms will work as my old one will not come off which means I will have to cut it off . I have tried heating it and even my pitman puller (which snapped ) to remove it and it wont budge . Thanks for your time and hopefully you all can give me some info or advice on this subject . By the way the hiesteer kit is awesome and just one thing I found is im glad I ordered the super arms that are two inches taller . The reason why is I have a 4 inch suspension lift and if I went with the standard arms my tierod would not clear the leaf springs . Just some info if you all didnt know . Once again an awesome kit !

Thanks,
jason lahaye

The pitman arms shown on our online store are for saginaw power steering box's and will not fit your manual box. Best to call as I believe we recently brought in a new pitman arm that is intended for use on a manual gear box.
