Drag Link Torques

In feburary of last year I purchased a heavy duty drag link (CPT-sii-draglink) and a heavy duty tie rod (CPT-sii-tierod), but due to military obligations am only now getting around to installing them. I was wondering what torque I should snug the castle nuts holding the tie rod and the drag link ends on. Even the shop manual is somewhat circumspect on this; I was unable to find the specified torques for the tie rod.

I don't have a specific torque rating for tierod ends but would guess @100ft. Lb's and then tighten to the next slot if the nut does not line up at the hole in order to install the cotter pin.
