Doors are sagging and not lining up

Couple things to check. First, is the travel top in place? A missing top can cause all kinds of body alignment issues if the support structure underneath is rotten. Next time you open the doors, bear hug the suckers with one arm under the bottom of the door and one arm through the rolled down window. Apply upward force. Does the door have much play? If so, the hinges are worn out. This is of course after verifying that all hinge bolts are snug. If no play in the doors when lifting on them, I would next suspect rotten body supports and mount bushings underneath.
 
Thanks, it seems all is true, the body mounts are rotten and I have new ones that I am in the process of installing, and I can pick the door up with just the handle on the drivers side door and it picks it up to the right height, now, on the passenger side the door just doesn't close all the way, it shuts solid and doesn't sag it just isn't shut all the way, could that be the latch or do you think the body mounts would cause this also?

Thanks again, I'll get some new hinges ordered soon.

One more thing, can I just replace the hinge pins ya think or just go ahead and get the whole hinge?

I have replaced the pins in 2 sets of hinges, the old ones can be a bear to get out. I picked up some replacement pins at the local parts store and had to drill to get them to fit right. One good thing was I also drilled and tapped a hole for a grease zirk. They have been fine ever since (years ago).

Thanks for all the info! My new vinyl floor will be here today and a new gas tank and sending unit should be here too, as soon as that's all put in and ready the door hinges are next!!
