Door hinge screws

If anyone has a secret for busting and getting 40 year old hinge bolts please elaborate. Seems like I have tried everything under the sun. I really don't want to drill and re-tap these but if that's the last option then so be it!

Impact driver with proper attachment for bolt being taken out

Soak them with pb blaster or similar first, let it soak in for several hours. I then used a small propane torch to heat them, try to also heat the plate on the back side of the pillar that the screws thread into. Then a battery powered impact driver. Worked great for me.
