I have a 1967 Scout 800 w/ v266 engine. Wanting to order replacement distributor parts and need help identifying what distributor I have. How do I go about doing that? Thanks! -- Don Ferguson

Easy, read the first "sticky" thread in this forum.

...or, post more photos of your unit: a full side view, a view of the vacuum advance, top view with the cap off, top view with the cap & rotor off.

Although, I would say it is a Holley, but I can't determine if it is a "straight points" style or a "curved points" style from the photo.

I really did read the sticky 1975IH200...comprehension is another thing altogether. I am confused as to all of the variations; I'm not a mechanic by any stretch. So thank you for your help. Hopefully these pictures will show what you requested.

Yes, perfect.
It is a Holley "straight points" style distributor.
