This has probably been asked and answered so I apologize in advance but I couldn't find a complete answer.
I've installed a rs and am getting ready to do an knuckle rotation. Shooting for conventional wisdom 5-6 degrees.
I'm using re-arched alcan springs and slight body lift but the 33x1250x15's are hitting fender before max articulation. Figuring to solve that issue with additional body lift.
1. How to determine best front pinion angle?
A. Straight line at rest?
B. At what degree is r/p lubrication affected?
2. Modifiying spring pads on diff after above is determined?
A. Want to be shimless
b. Want to avoid side grinder if at all possible.
Thanks in advance.
