Desperate Need of a Backing Plate

I have a 1974 International 200 8. It is a 1 ton brush fire truck. It has slip on drums. I need the right front backing plate. The unit is 12x3 and the backing plate measures roughly 13.
The backing plate is not a symetrical pattern. Top of 3/34 and the bottom is roughly 4/34. I will gladly pay for it plus shipping. Please help.
 
I looked in my parts book, and it say's '70's 1300 & 1310 also will fit, same part #- 391 319 c1., both sides are the same. Jeff
