D200 Disc Brake Swap

I want to swap the front discs and calipers from a d200 camper special onto my d100 ( I would swap the booster and reservoir as well...)? Both have disc brakes but the d200 stops a lot better, I assume due to larger discs and calipers and the larger booster and reservoir setup. I also want to retain the 5 lug pattern of the d100 but have the larger brakes of the d200.
