D&C Extreme Rear Disk Brakes

Does anyone have any experience with these? Mine squeak obnoxiously. From a cold start, they’re fine, but as they warm up, the squeak starts. The more I drive around town or in traffic, the worse the squeak gets. It’s driving me crazy.

I contacted D&C about this. They have nothing to offer and say the pads are custom made for this kit, so I can’t just buy a different pad. The only alternative is to purchase ‘85 El Dorado pads and have them ground down to fit.

Does anyone have a real solution or are my only options:
1) have custom pads made
2) switch back to drums?

Have the rotors checked for run out. Also are you running a disk/disk MC and not a disk/drum? And how old is the hose to the rear brakes???

Everything is brand new. I have about 3000 miles on the system. I’ll have to check on the master cylinder. It was all built with the intent of being disk/disk, but I will double check.

oh, definitely not. they’re in good condition.

Does anyone have these specific brakes? Im thinking the issue is specific to the design. They look janky from the start, a waste of $600. I’m wondering if anyone has resolved this issue.
