I seriously doubt you will find that part at napa or any of the well known parts chains for that matter. The root cause of inconsistent or non-operational gauges is usually bad grounds and loose or faulty connections. Without turning this into a tech thread, cuz that ain't where it's at right now, I'd advise you to rule out as many root causes as possible before throwing parts at the problem. Your cvr May be at fault, but you can't just jump to that conclusion without eliminating the other possibilities first. The best part is, it won't cost you anything but time to do it either. As for your 6 out of 8 squirrels, again a proper, methodical diagnosis and process of elimination is the key to success. Search the forum for pearls of wisdom and post up a thread on exactly what's wrong under the appropriate tech section. Include as many specifics about your vehicle, especially the under-hood components as possible. There's enuff knowledgeable 'ol boys lurkin' arount on here to help you with most any predicament you might have, but they aren't mind readers. All scouts were not created equally and 30 plus years of po mods only makes things more challenging.
