and there is a large light blue wire in that bundle that is cut?
Next to the field wire which is brown and white stripped.

Would like to know what the light blue (looks like 10 gauge) is for.

Wrong venue...but also dont' know what the white poly line running along side fuel line ....is for return vent?...its cut...so not sure where it goes

I'm moving this thread to "electrical tech" sub-forum.

Here's a link that has a wiring diagram for your vehicle. Pay close attention to the callouts for the charging system:

http://www.forums.IHPartsAmerica.com/electrical-tech/2763-no-power-anywhere.html

The 10 gauge blue wire is the primary feed to the ammeter which supplies the fuse block with current for circuit/load distribution. And is considered the "charging" wire for output to the battery.

The white nylon 5/16" tube is a portion of the evaporative emissions system. Several nylons tubes are involved and they are color-coded for proper connection, some are vacuum, some are vapor/vent, some carry condensed liquid gasoline. The charcoal canister is under the hood down low on the inner fender, the rest of the system (vapor separator/condenser) is found inside the upper portion of the driver side rear fender.
