a link can be viewed by clicking on the link in a post. However, in the case of the original link you provided, in order to view one must first register on the linked site. Many folks won't do that because of security concerns/spoofs....and then if they register, there is always the possibility of being inundated with spam and other website's bullshit.
I only "register" on any site if I want to actively participate after checking out the site extensively...I won't register on any site that requires that feature in order to simply view a link.
when I started on that site I was able to view threads without registering maybe things have changed.
