So is this a 1” lift? Or just OEM replacement?

OEM replacement.

Do you have a kit that has an 1” or so lift? Or just get some thick solid rubber pieces or metal.

No we do not. Too many problems arise when you perform a body lift on an 80 or 800 Scout from steering column issues to clearance with the fan and radiator.

We actually will be offering a body lift kit soon that is 1". The pucks are machined to fit perfectly in the frame. 4cyl Scouts will need work to the core support and fan shroud, steering column....as mentioned previously to work properly. Just check back periodically. 2 months out most likely. Thanks.
