Hey guys its mario just wanted to post here about the cow run. I hope to see many og you guys there. I am looking into the group camping for us. I hopeeveryone is cool with that. I am also going to pritn some trail maps for everyone to have. I will pick a few trail and then we can pick the rest when we all get there.

Hey guys found some info about camping we can do a group site for $75 a night it includes 40 people and 8 trucks. Or we can do the little camp sites they are $35 a night or less we can have eight people but only two trucks. I know know if there is anywere eles we can park them I will call them and find that part out. Here is the website for the park

I would prefer group camping, its more fun. The drunks will have less chance of getting lost.
If we got individual camp sites, could they be grouped together?

Facilities look good

kelsey creek looks cool. I like being on the water. Swimming to keep cool from the summer heat?

How far is wheeling from the campgrounds?
 
We talked a little about this in santa cruz yesterday, with some interest. We’re going to talk more at the fremont dinner next Tuesday.
 
I like that camp ground to I have to be next to the water when I camp. I might even bring my boat and I can take everyone out. If we do the single camp sites they will be next togather. I just dont know how many pepole or trucks are going yet. We can reserve them to.
 
-do these sites book quickly?
-I assume some will double / triple up on campsites if we go individual sites.
-is it possible / realistic to get 8 lakeside campsites in a row?
-find out about overfill parking for car-trailers.
-check the possibility / availability on 2 group sites side by side. . . Just in case

my first thoughts on attendance and what to pre-book for.
-we will have enough to fill up a group site. That’s a given to me.
- individual sites needed / 8? 10?

I dont know forsure if they fill up quickly. I dont emagine they do mosty just local people there. We can have 8 people per stie and trucks but at every campsite it say's theres enough room for a 28ft motorhome or tralier. I forgot to tell you how far it is from cow it shoulent me any farther than 30 min's
 
Hey guys might have somebad news. I check the group camp sites and they are takin now for the days we want. But I did find 7 camp sites next to eachother and by the water in the kelsy creak part of the park. They are 8 bucks a pice to reserve. Let me know what you guys want to do. Thanks mario
 
Yea there are more up a little bit from these ones still next to eachother. I am going to call them to day and see what they are willing to do about more parking and maybe a bettet rate if we take all those campsites
 
Ok guys called and I am trying to get the hole kelsy creek camp site for us. If I can mange to get the camp we wont have to worry about parking they told me that we will be able to park what we want there. Thay are supost to call me tomorrow. I will keep you guys updated.

I deleted your post about this guy selling his truck. His post belongs in the classifieds. If he was one of “us” selling their truck, then there would be no objection.

To me, the purpose of your thread is to make the lake county guys aware of what you are doing - I hope I got it right. He has no business hijacking your thread. Remember, he is selling his truck and not into this like you are. By the off chance that he would have another IH, he would have said so.

Please understand why I deleted the posts.

K guys I am in talk with the park about getting us the sites the are suppost to be first come first get sites but you can resever then but thet want a extra 8 dollers to do that and its not takin off the camp cost. I am trying to get them to let me resever tem for on price for all I will keep yo guys updated.
 
K guys they wont do anything for us they say they are first come first serve camp sites. They do have extra parking thow. I went to the web site that you can reverve the sites at and it cost a extra 8 dollers just to do that. Let me know what you guys want to do. I can get all thet camp site numbers and we can just resver them for our selfs. I will pick all the ones that are next to eachother. Let me know
