Convert '68 1100C 4x4 to power steering

Hello,
I want to upgrade my truck with power steering.
I've got the pump, but not sure what else I need.
If anyone has done this, could you give me a shopping list of the parts needed, plus any advice as well...

You will need a box and lines. '68 4x4 has a push/push setup like chev used with the boomerang. I'm switching my axle to a Jeep one so I can run crossover steering to get away from bump steer. I'm replacing my worn ross manual box with a Ford 4x4 box from a '79 3/4 ton.
