I have a 1970 800a, 304 four speed. I am interested in converting my nonoperational vaccum wipers to electric. I replaced all the vaccum lines about a year ago, but still nothing. I saw a conversion kit on another website. I called ihonlynorth and they said they had no such kit.
The kit advertised said there was some small modifications that I would need to do to the back of my dash to get them to fit. But the mods wouldn't be visable once the dash was put back on. It sounded like some metal needed to be trimmed away.
My question is has anyone had experience with this conversion?
