Is this fuckin' for real down there???

tracy residents now have to pay for 911 calls - cbs13.com

We got friends and ihon members in tracy! They need to git outta that hole now!

What's next, an assessment for an annual consumption of that shit called air they breathe by the estimated annual cfm per legal resident household???

I can slam this shit all I want, we lived across the hill from tracy for way too long! Big reason we don't live there now!

If the phone call is $300 I don't wanna even think about the ambulance ride! I'd dam shore die before I'd ever give those bastards $300!

What a kluster-scru! I know there are a too many dipshitz out there who think dialing 911 is a perfectly acceptable means of resolving dam near any issue under the sun, which is a huge problem, but come on! This measure is the typical "punish the whole class for the actions of a few idiots routine". How long ya think it'll be 'afore this lovely bullshit werks it's way north into progressive-gon?

That is riddiculous! As a cop and firefighter, I can't understand how they can do this. Believe me I know sometimes people dial 911 for some silly reasons, but people will die over this. I know I wouldn't pay $300 to use 911. I know the whole state is in a financial crunch but this is definetly not the right path to take. Very, very unfortunate for the citizens of that city.

I laughed pretty good at this at first.

But then I got to thinking about how my own younger generation might really have that sorta thing goin' on in our futures.

It all looks so bright, don't it?

I fully understand the situation regarding prank-callin' 911!! By prank callin' I mean both dumshits lookin' for a ride home from the local bar and all the other weasels that game the system.

But...there are ways to handle that individually.

Now I see that this is being spun around by those bureaucrats that are already wasting citizen-supplied funding in that burg by even thinking about shit like this while on the clock. A "subscription" service for which we all have already paid for...over and over and over and... Here's some more wasted bandwidth outta the msm:
