clutch?

So I have a 68 800 196 4spd Dana 20.... The clutch pedal went to the floor becaiuse the linkage cracked on the pivot... Fixed that. Now clutch will not fully disengage... The clutch fork shaft arm is hitting the fire wall so cant get anymore throw out of it ... Now what???

When you repaired the linkage did you replace it with new or weld the old one? Sounds like something didn't go back in the same position.
