Cleaning fuel tank

I have a 72 3/4 ton pickup with the dual 16 gallon fuel tanks. Truck has been sitting for at least 5 years and I am getting ready to fire it up in the next week or so. Is there any way to drain clean or blow out the tank? Or am I going to have to completely remove it from the truck? If the gauge is correct both tanks have about a 1/4 tank left.

There's no drain provision on those tanks, but they are fairly easy to remove for servicing.
