I have a 1968 IH 1200c 4x4 and am using 1977 3/4 ton Chevy axles. I need to know what I need to do to put Chevy suspension with a 4" lift on my truck. The vehicle is stock configuration but has 3" blocks at rear axle. Will I need to change any or all hangers. This is my first attempt at such an undertaking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did this on a 60's travelette. The front bolts right up other than the steering May need some working out. The spring perches are the correct width and the springs are the right length just bolt it all up and you are done. In the rear keep the blocks, you have to reweld the spring perches in like an inch or so as memory serves and then do a shackle flip and it will sit just about level and easily clear a set of 35"
