I read somewhere that it is possible to put a Chevy truck master cylinder on a Scout booster. Has anyone done this? And are there any modifications that need to be done? I'm looking into Chevy axles and I heard it is a good mod to do with big tires.
Go with hydroboost. Didn't take much money at all and installs in a few hours really. I only have 31's on mine but it'll put your head through the windshield if you want it to
I concur with the hydroboost! I removed the complete system from a 1995 Chevy 3500 hd diesel and installed it on my 1970 Scout 800a and the brakes are tremendous with the Dana 44 disc brakes up front!
