This whole thing started when monte wanted a fuel cell for orange, I mentioned I had been thinking about going to a bigger one so he bought my 16 gal and I bought a new 22gal.:yikes:

now because tire carrier wouldnt fit with the taller cell and it was bent anyways from being pulled back up the mini rubicon, I had to scrap that whole thing and start over. I had been wanting to add a rear seat for my neice and nephew for a while so I picked up a rear Jeep "fold and tumble" seat, amazinglly in the exact same color as my Scout.:cornut:

so with a little reworking of the tool box situation and a little fab work I mangaged to fit everything back there, as well as dove tail it 2 more inches on each side, giving 4 inches total on each side! The added dove tail wasnt part of the original plan but while I had everything torn down I thought why not!

I know, ive got issues.

I'll add a removable peice of cage to go over the rear seat area so the kids are safe.

What do yall think?

Thanks for the pics, I just got one of those seats myself and didn't know about the little supports along the back.

Could post up a shot of the hinge on front?

The suppots on the back are just threaded screws with rubber peices on the ends, shouldnt be to hard to make if your seat didnt come with them.

Here are the "hinges" that came with it.

I'm probably going to make something a little different so I can just pull a pin and take the seats out quicklly.
