Cage or roll bar current tubing costs and suppliers

Jeff builds cages, but does not offer a kit.
For a kit I would look here.
ihcustoms - Scout II cages

If your building one or having one built. The front cross bar over the windshield need to be raised. I see people put a cross bar straight across from side to side. If your in an accident you better be wearing a helmet or race harness. The bar can be bent on each end so it follows the top better and you won't bang your head.

Basically if you sitting in the seat and can lean forward and hit your head on the that bar your in trouble. Same deal with the side bars over the windows. They need to be up nice and tight to the top. If not you can whack these too.

Hello,

I still have not started the augmented cage and suspect it is many weeks away. My plan will be to grab the appropriate sticks of hrew 1.75" and add segments that look like the ihcustoms style to the rear of the show bar. I'm not yet planning to add material forward of the show bar for now. I'm having fuel issues that are taking priority and the house is taking away the rare Scout hours. Damn.

Thank you all for the input!

There is also del paso pipe and steel, that's where I get all my steel and they usually have everything in stock.

It's in sacramento, where I am though.

There is another place up in sac, called team tube. They deal mostly in dom tubing. That was the last place I picked up a few sticks.

Speaking of which, I have been off work all this week from my full time job. And have been here in my shop space 90% of the time all week. I made a post for work days during this months of July. Read more in work day schedules here. If any body needs help on their IH rig with some tube bending for a partial or full cage, or step/nerf bars, or even other projects, post up on that work day thread.
