Brake Interchange/swap

ok i FINALLY bought me a really nice 1210 2wd pickup. of course it needs a new master and throttle cable but i was curious is there a convertion kit to swap to disc brakes since front drums are unobtanium, will post pics of her soon as i get back to her.
 
Unfortunately there are no known disc brake kits out there for the 2wd 1200/1210 series trucks.
