For an engine swap such as this where you have both engines available, I'd certainly go with the 392.
All sv engines will interchange though there are differences in motor mount bosses (and tapped holes in the mount locations. That depends upon what platform the engine was originally installed in.
The 345/392 is about 1/2" taller at the exhaust port than a 266/304, so the header pipes May end up being short.
Big issue is what transmission setup and therefore whether it uses a flywheel or a flex plate. You can't simply swap the rear sections of the engines around, the entire lower unit segments of these engines are balanced at the point of assembly using parts that are unique to each engine.
If you are going to have to swap stuff around, the flywheel or flex plate will need to be "neutral balanced" by a machine shop.
