hi there, new on the forum; I bought recently a 69 1000D and my horn is not working; after investigation, I notice that the resistance between steering plate (where sit the horn contact) and the chassis is 4 ohms, which is to much to activate the horn relay; how can I improve that and get a good grounding? thanks for your feedback;
