I know a lot of people have talked about doing full axle swaps on their 1200c pickups to get rid of the big six lug patterns.

I was just curious if there was any options to swap the axle shafts that have a different hub on the dana axles?

Or what are my options, new to IH vehicles and just looking for solutions, I really want to keep it original if I can.
 
Wheels are an easy solution as noted.
The difficult issue is brake parts, specifically brake drums.
They can be "re-sleeved" at an expense ($$$), if you cannot locate serviceable drums, if and when you need them.

Many have gone the route of an axle assembly swap, so a search for 'six bolt' drums from those folk may bear fruit.
