autoline answers?

Just put a new autoline C7421 carb on A 79 scout that is new to me. idles just fine. Absolutely no throttle response. Not even manual. Any thoughts

Does the throttle linkage move freely or is it bound up? If bound up, figure out why by pulling the carb back off. Throttle blades might be too big for the intake holes.
