Looks like I might be ordering steel again. Iffn ya need something speak up.

I 'might'.
I think I need about 8' of 2.75 x 3.75 x 3/16 rectangular tube if such a thing is available. By my calculations that is the dimension that will work to sleeve the frame on my Scout to make it longer again.....
I could also use 20' of 1.5x.120 tube.

Best you can do is 3 x 4, I already went through this...I have a piece at the shop...
Hell, I don't know, you haven't submitted a final plan!

Actually it works out well. You can weld some 1/4 tabs inside the larger stuff and overlap the frame at the joint and have more strength than just a butt weld.
