So is there any trick to getting all the springs on I have the top 2 but the bottom one is giving me he'll. On the rear right on a 67 Scout 800. I also the new kit that I got the post are a little longer the original is that a sign I have the wrong kit

Attach the bottom one first. It has the stiffest spring rate. Next, get your shoes positioned properly and retained in place. Then you can stretch the upper springs across.

Thanks that was the trick. To start at the bottom it fought me but I got both sides done. Now on to the master master cylinder and then on the the starter.
