Any Tractor Guys?

Just got into scouts in the last few months, and I recently stumbled upon a 1947 cub owned by my fiance's grandma. She asked me to get it running and sell it. Serial indicates its a 1947. Any thoughts?

Thoughts are, cubs are awesome! Easy to work on and have a large following. That is not one to pass on at all, looks to be in great shape, I would assume it has had a restoration at some point.

Either a restore or it has had some easy treatment over the years. It looks to be in pretty good condition.

I can see the pitman for a side mount sickle bar mower but don't see the mower. That is a nice implement to have.

red power magazine Has a lot of guys who are into cubs.

I own a nicely restored one. Just pulled it out on Sunday and drove it around. They are a lot of fun!
