AC?

1978 Traveler, 345 4 speed.

Anyone ever add AC to one of these? I live in the deep south, want to drive in summer but it's 100 degrees here each day and if raining I'll melt in the rolling sauna. Would not be opposed to removing any heating in truck as we don't get that cold in winter. Any input from experienced IH owners would be great. IF even possible, how badly is thi$ going to hurt? Thanks.
