'92 dodge won't start

I need some help getting my truck to run. It’s a 1992 dodge w250 5.9 v8 m/t vin. Z. I bought the truck without an ECM. I since bought an ECM that was rebuilt but not used. The truck cranks over, a shot of fuel comes out every time you hit the starter. Then ½ a second later the fuel stops. The coil has voltage on the pos. Side for a second when you first turn the key on, then nothing. The cam sensor is new. I couldn’t get a good test on it so I just replaced it. I’ve checked the wires from the cam sensor to the ECM, the ECM ground and power. Any help would be great! I really hate to buy an ECM!
and yes this is going in a Scout! After I get it to run!

You won't have fuel without spark so you need to concentrate on the spark side. You also should not need an ECM to have spark during cranking so again concentrate on the ignition components.

Thanx for the reply! I have a wiring diagram from chiltons online. Acording to it, the pos side of the coil is run on a relay controlled by the ECM. The neg. Side goes directly to the ECM. I tried putting 12v on the pos. Of the coil (stock wire disconnected) just to see if it'd work. Still no spark.

Dodge made their system a little less user friendly by putting the ignition module in the ECM.

Looks like the main relay for the ignition and fuel should be checked first. For power but I will upload the wiring diagram, coil specs and a link to the no start trouble shooting basics.
