79 scout II missing parts

Hi I'm taking my 79 Scout II apart to restore bodyparts and rebuild the brake system and so on. Where I was think that the car was missing just a few parts, it turns out I'm missing a lot of small parts. P.o. Had taken the car apart to paint it and stopped putting it back together after painting and lost all the parts while moving around.

The one thing that can't find at the moment is the seal or bracket that the steering column goes thru on the engine side of the firewall. Can any of you point my to the part I'm missing?
 
Here is a pic of the firewall bracket. It is two pieces and should have a rubber gasket/sleeve that slips around the steering shaft and is pinched against the firewall by the bracket.

Great picture! Thank you. I just have a hole there and now I understand why the steering wheel is so "flexibel". I guess I'll ask Jeff if he has one of those brackets and gasket lying around.
I'll post a picture of my current situation tomorrow. That might scare you. Thanks again for the picture.
