Just wonderin if ya think this would be a good deal.found a 79 midas edition s2 w/ 345, 727 auto unmolested for 500 bucks.this thing is body ruff but still has the add on stuff was thinkin of getting this for a parts truck.
Hoping there is a market for the add on stuff on e bay or thru the forums. If anybody knows anything about these rigs please let me know. Thanks brad

I don't know the production numbers, but I believe a midas Scout was fairly low production. You say the body is rough, but it is rusted out beyond all hope of repair? Just my opinion, but it kind of seems like a shame to part out a limited production vehicle if it could be restored instead. Yes, I think it is well worth the asking price, but it's your money not mine.
