I do have the lift gate. The passenger hinge bolting are is pulling out a bit and there is no lock handle.

Does it have the horn button assy (all the parts including spring down to the nut/steering wheel?

I am, actually, looking for that assy off a Scout 800, but the parts manuals say everything but the very top part is the same between Scout 80, Scout 800, Scout a and Scout b.
