76 Scout II

Hey all, I bought a 1976 Scout II yesterday with a terra conversion. Now realizing that it May not be the best city car, I am looking to sell it for what I bought it for. I don't know a whole lot about it, but here is a list of what I do know. Thanks for looking. $4,500.00 firm. Thanks!

-has a new 345 engine
-great compression & oil pressure
-SOA lift, 35" tires.
-new pro comp shocks still in the box, steering dampner, new in box.
-new carpet kit in the box, new fender flares.
-interior has new upholstery, new console box, console selector. Kenwood cd. New rhino-liner throughout.
-no rust! Terra conversion
-steel bulkhead behind the seats with fiberglass top, easy to remove top.
-power steering, front power disc brakes.
-custom front & rear bumpers with custom pia lights.
New registration till 2010. Clean title.

You are right, the truck is back on cl. Overall, the truck was mechanically sound and the body is in great shape. There are a few minor issues, a small oil leak and the drivetrain wasn't adjusted as it should have been when the truck was lifted, so that will need to be looked at. But outside of that, the truck was great, and I was bummed to see it go. Not a great ride for a dd in the city, but one of these days ill get another one. I think this is a great opportunity for someone who knows these rigs front to back, but like I said, its in great shape overall.

If you do jump in, you’re at the right place. Lots of knowledgeable guys in the forum who can answer your questions. Keep an eye on the babs room for when we get together.
