Hey all. My names Mike. I've got the opportunity to buy a 71 International quad cab. It's got a 492, good straight body, custom built lift gate I connected a battery and the lights came on. Needs quite a bit of engine work, has 44,000 original miles. It'll cost me 1800. I've put up pics on my profile. I'm going to be doing the gas tank to make sure it starts. I would like to get cause its a classic and would be my first pick-up. Would like to know what y'all think. Thanks for y'all's opinion an feedback.

Really need more pics and info before I could say much, but it looks like it possibly has potential. Is there any rust and where, how beat up is the bed, and what are your plans for it? What's wrong with the engine? $1800 is on the high side unless the body is extremely cherry which I kind of doubt.
