Has anyone else that has done this upgrade, run into an issue with two of the adapter bolt holes? Two of the holes that bolt the adapter to the block, don't line up with the transmission, and are a different size. The motor and adapter are 1/2", while the trans housing is a 7/16 hole. Did you just dremel the trans housing to match? It seems like my adapter needs some work as well, as the tap from each side don't line up perfectly.
