69 1100c IH

Hey guys im new to the forum and the International world.
My gf bought a 69 IH 1100c from hre grandfather. She is the 3rd owner just wondering if anyone can decode the vin number or tell me a bit more about it..... Im wondering what tranny it would have. I know its the b262 inline 6 ans the 3 on the tree but I cant seem to find any info....

Nice looking truck. It appears as if the dreaded rust worm hasn't attacked much of it.

It might be titled as a '69 but the round body went out of production in 1968. It most likely was one of the last '68 models built and sold in '69.

The LST (line setting ticket) is the birth certificate for International trucks.

It is available from several different vendors.

The LST will tell you exactly when the truck was built, what was used to build it, and which dealer sold the truck originally.
 
The truck is from the 1968 model and if registered as a 1969, it just didn't get sold till after jan 1, 1969.
My 1968 Travelall has the same issue, being registered in March of 1969, but I found 'date stamps' on the back side of the speedo and the reverse side of the upholstery material of April 1968. The 'round fender' body style ended in aug or sept of 1968.
