67 800 window regulators

anyone have ideas on how to
1) access them without cutting the doors open
2) rebuild or is there a source for the regulators
3) any alternative-besides justs leaving the window down- you know the rain getting in lol

Access via the panel on the door. I would suggest reading up on the service manual as it shows four simple steps to getting the regulator out. No new ones are available so you will have to rebuild your existing one.
